Beau Jackson leads Husch Blackwell’s Section 337 ITC practice, and assists clients with a variety of other international business issues. Beau has an extensive, proven record of success in some of the most high-profile ITC cases. He also works on antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the ITC and U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as litigation and appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, Beau guides clients through trade-related regulatory challenges including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin marking, and other compliance and policy matters before U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. Beau also assists clients with advocacy efforts before Congress and federal agencies on an assortment of trade and intellectual property matters. Beyond his own practice, Beau is a relationship facilitator and manager for many clients, serving as outside general counsel and overseeing all legal needs.

Stephen Ball is a patent attorney and IP strategist who often serves as clients’ first point of contact. Over the course of his career, his strategies have protected billions of dollars’ worth of client sales. Stephen’s work includes IP protection, defense, and enforcement—in other words, any IP need a client might have. He has appeared in many dozens of contested matters in federal district courts and courts of appeals throughout the country, as well as administrative bodies such as the ITC, the PTAB, and the TTAB. Stephen has a proven track record of successfully litigating cases with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake. A respected thought leader, he frequently publishes and presents on IP topics.

Padmaja Chinta is a business litigator and an IP attorney who chairs Dunnington’s patent practice. She has counseled clients on all aspects of intellectual property and various business agreements with an emphasis on litigation. Padmaja has extensively litigated cases in federal courts from inception of suit through trial and appeal. Her cases span many industries with a particular focus on the technology field and Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation. She has successfully defended patents in IPR proceedings and advised clients on ITC matters. Padmaja has also negotiated license deals involving products with hundreds of millions in revenue. In addition, she has represented clients in trade secret and trademark litigation.
