Beau Jackson leads Husch Blackwell’s Section 337 ITC practice, and assists clients with a variety of other international business issues. Beau has an extensive, proven record of success in some of the most high-profile ITC cases. He also works on antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the ITC and U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as litigation and appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
