We've all been there: staring at the computer screen for fifteen minutes straight, puzzling together what went wrong with a case. What happened? Why didn't we catch it? With AI, those questions are sometimes easier to answer in post — but a post-mortem is not a fix.
The real problem is systemic. A missed item of mail, a slip in the ERE, a procedure that lives in one person's head — operations issues like these produce the critical misses that cause cases to die off. Solving them in advance, rather than diagnosing them after, is the difference between a lifeline and an autopsy.

Drowning in mail and disinfectant, he had to quickly concoct new systems to standardize firm procedures and break the cycle of falling behind. He has designed almost all of the firm’s procedures from scratch, ensuring tasks are properly delegated and trackable. On top of that, he has led the charge in introducing new software automations and efficiencies, designing programs that speed up handling of cases so that the team can tackle real problems. Although he is not an attorney, he has what most attorneys lack – an understanding of how to apply technology to manage a business.

Al is a seasoned trial attorney with significant trial experience in federal and state courts and administrative hearings.
