Program Summary

An 85–90% Success Rate Is Built Before the Hearing Starts

This session is one practitioner's answer to a direct question: what I do, and why I have an 85–90% success rate. The answer starts at intake and runs to the hearing — laying the foundation to win, step by step.

Each step recruits the case's real assets. MyChart, used to the client's advantage, puts the medical record to work. A client coached on obtaining the support of the treating source turns the treating relationship into evidence. A client prepared for the consultative examination doesn't walk into it cold. And referrals from medical sources bring the next cases in the door.

You walk out with the working method: the MyChart practices, the client coaching, the CE preparation, and the referral approach — the foundation, laid the way a high-success practice actually lays it.

Eligible for up to 1 CLE Credit Hour

This session was originally submitted for CLE as a live, in-person presentation and a live webcast for the 2026 Fall National Conference and may be eligible for self-study credit. Each state handles self-study credit differently; for questions, please consult your State Bar Association.

Recorded Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
